I am also the founder and designer of schatjes invitations and been in business since 2010. We chose the name Schatjes because of its meaning: sweet hearts.
Our invitations are primarily catered to wedding, but can customized and personalized for any event. The invitations and boxes have many die cut areas. Here at Schatjes, our invitations are personalized by you. We offer a range of colors, designs, and fonts to create your own one-of-a-kind invitation.Our invitations are in the form of boxes, flats, or keepsakes. They are made out of the best durable, card stock in the market. We also use to embellish our invitations with a variety of ribbons. The invitations are 50 percent hand-made which means that we take our time to ensure every detail is to your specifications and liking.
SCHATJES INVITATIONS® POLICIES
At Schatjes® we do our best to provide excellent customer service, we do understand our clients needs, but we also have our company policy.
If After you have sent us your approved signed agreement authorizing the production of your invitations along with the confirmed e-mail from Schatjes you find that there are some changes or corrections needing on the invitations, you have 48 hours to make the corrections and a new approved agreement will be sent to you before we send the invitations to production. If you do not contact us within the specified time frame we will assume that there are no changes or corrections needed and we will proceed with production. Once invitations are sent to production this process can not be stopped. There is NO reimbursements on invitations that have been sent to production.
Schatjes is not responsible for any misspelled words, dates, or any other changes that were not pointed out when we sent the proof for your confirmation and correction.
CHARGES / REIMBURSEMENTS
After receiving all your information on the invitation and confirmation have been sent to you of payment, you have 24 HOURS to cancel your full order. After 24 hours a 15% will be deducted from your reimbursements. If you only want a sample box/ flat or boxes / flats we could also do so, again you have 24 hours to cancel your order, and you will be reimbursed in full. After 24 hours a 15% will be deducted from your reimbursements.
If you realized that you have ordered to many invitations and will like to reduce the amount, you can do so within the 24 HOURS to receive full reimbursement for those boxes that you no longer need. If after 24 hours a 15% will be deducted from your reimbursements just for that amount of boxes that you are canceling.
Schatjes® will only reproduce boxes without any charges of production or shipping to you for boxes that was damage due to shipping neglect. Proof needs to be e-mail to us in a picture form as soon as you receive your shipment (pictures of the box were boxes were shipped in and picture. of damaged boxes before the shipped box was opened and after opening the boxes)
SHIPPING / TAXES
Shipping is part of your order. A flat rate according to the amount chart will be charged no matter where in the USA and Canada (see price list for shipping rates). Your shipment is always sent ground by UPS or USPS, a confirmation and tracking numbers will be sent via e-mail to you as soon as we ship out your order. Shipping charges can change depending if you decided to receive your shipment as a rush or if we have to sent the boxes fully assembled. Taxes will be charged according to your state and will be reflected on your invoice.
If you decide to order any product directly from us you will be paying full price, but if you ask any Wedding Planner/ Consultant or Event Planner in your area that you might be working with to contact us, you could save up to 10% off on your entire purchase.
